I wanted to post a inexpensive Kestrel fitting for the team burner missions. I used this for a Team Hawk burner mission. You'll need a 3% CPU implant. I also used a Standard Mindflood Booster (capacitor) to make the ship cap stable otherwise you...

Attack the problem by providing more counters to supers. For example, create a sub_capital that can fit a doomsday device, or landmines that damage supers. In other words, give sub_capitals an anti super role.

What I would like to see for burst-style rapid heavies is a 60 second clip that starts with BS level damage then moves to cruiser level damage then finishes with frigate level damage - then a 10 second reload. This could pose some interesting game...

I tested the Claymore on Singularity. I tried various PVP and PVE fittings. For my purposes, the power grid to CPU ratio seems out of balance for an advanced ship. To fix, I would slightly lower the power grid and slightly increase the CPU.
